OMNI Business Consulting is owned and run by Cheryl Westerman, whose career has been dedicated to building and delivering internally and externally on strategic, operational and commercial goals.

Cheryl Westerman

Director / Enabler

Cheryl is senior director and visionary leader with a proven track record of delivery and success in business and driving operational efficiencies and value creation initiatives.

Cheryl was a co-founder and director of Independent Content Services Ltd, a sports content business founded in 2002 and successfully grew it over a 16 year period into a multilingual, multiplatform content provider, translation bureau and media agency. The ICS group of companies was acquired in 2018 and Cheryl was retained to fully integrate the strategy and operations group wide.  Once this was complete Cheryl was retained to lead on further M&A integration activities and improve operational performance working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

Acting as an internal consultant, many other business matters were passed to Cheryl to resolve or improve including delivery of multi million pound commercial projects, interim leadership of internal departments and group wide operational efficiencies all of which were successfully delivered and implemented.

Through Omni Business Consulting, Cheryl now offers other companies, regardless of their size, these skills, expertise and experience to enable them to raise their strategic and operational performance to the next level.

Cheryl’s expertise and experience enables her to leverage her understanding of each client’s organisation to meet their specific needs.  Her network of experienced, trusted and qualified associates allows Cheryl to call upon them for assistance with specialist client requirements.  Cheryl carefully selects and oversees the work of her associates to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to all clients.
